McLaren Unibody Inc was design and build by Gyant. It included all Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Systems; Complete re-zoning and occupancy change of property. Gyant managed and supervised the installation of all equipment and downdraft spray booth with make-up heat exchanger unit for paint curing cycle. Commissioned and tested spray booth to UL standards for the local building and fire departments. Obtained all necessary environmental permits for project, and set up operation and maintenance procedures for the facility including ongoing regulatory compliance work.

Gyant’s Full Service operation provided comprehensive services for McLaren's new facility from conceptual design through to construction phase completion to client handover.
